With a BSc in Applied Health & Fitness from Portland State University and certification from the NSCA, I help clients build strength that supports them for life. Since 2023, I’ve worked with adults of all ages, from older adults seeking more confidence and autonomy to teens starting their resistance training journey or looking to enhance athletic performance.

Whether you're an athlete chasing your next goal or returning to movement after a hurdle like injury, childbirth, or time away from training, I’m here to help you build strength that lasts.
As a certified personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and homeschooling mom, I specialize in functional training that supports real-life performance; from sports and strength goals to everyday resilience. My approach blends proven methods with the latest research to create highly individualized programs for youth, adults, and athletes of all backgrounds.
With additional education in postpartum recovery, return-to-sport training, injury prevention, and youth athletic development, I meet clients exactly where they are and help them get to where they want to be. I offer flexible 1:1 and partner (1:2) training in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
*Outside the gym, I’m usually hanging with my husband and kids — homeschooling, training together, or playing sports. I also love painting and reading up on how the brain and body work.

She is knowledgeable and professional. Down 18lbs and over 20 inches by doing her custom programs. Even better is she helped healed my plantar fasciitis and a shoulder issue I was having. Nina was more helpful than providers I was seeing to heal those issue. I was able to hike and walk on the beaches this summer pain free. She made sure I was progressing in my movements and that areas of issues in my body were dealt with before adding on to ensure everything was working properly.
