Since earning my certification, I’ve focused on supporting women in their 40s and beyond, those balancing busy lives, families, and careers, to achieve their fitness goals through efficient, sustainable, and empowering programs. My approach blends functional movement, practical nutrition, and mindset support to help you feel strong, mobile, and pain-free in everyday life.
At 45, I understand firsthand the changes that come with this stage of life—from maintaining bone density to boosting energy and reclaiming strength. My mission is to help you navigate those shifts with confidence and create a wellness routine that truly fits your lifestyle.
*Outside the gym, I spend time with my animals, finding balance in the same way I encourage my clients to. To me, fitness should enhance your life—not consume it.
