With 30/60/90 minute options available - this is the perfect first step to your fitness journey.
Prices start at $55/session,
I also offer an 8 week personal transformation package. A total of 24 sessions 60 minute sessions, and 25% off normal session pricing. -

Personalized Small Group Fitness - Now By Request!
I offer a range of small group classes for adults, kids, and families!
Train with your own group! Small group sessions are now booked by request — perfect for friends, families, or teams. Choose from:
SHRED (30 min), Restore (30 min), Athletics (60 min), or Core Strength & Power (60 min).
Groups of 3–6 people, just $90/hour or $60/half hour per session (total).

Youth Strength and Athletics - Now By Request
Kids: A fun, supportive space for ages 8–15 to build strength, skills, and confidence. Sign up as a group of friends, siblings, team, etc to grow and improve together.
Training options include:Gymnastics Strength, Basketball Strength, Athletic Performance, Stability Endurance, Functional Strength & Endurance, and Speed & Agility.
Sessions are 50 minutes, by request (email), and $150 per group (3–6 participants).
1:1 coaching available for ages 9+.
