Family Strength Summer Program 2026!

Program Details:

  • July 7th, 2026-August 25th, 2026 - 1x/week for 50 minutes

  • Tuesdays at 10am

  • Fun, age-appropriate workouts

  • Build strength, confidence, and coordination

  • Encourage lifelong healthy habits

  • Supportive, non-intimidating environment

  • Limited to just 8 participants for personalized coaching

  • $250 for the first 2 family members, +$100 for each additional participant

Who It’s For:
This program is open to all ages. Participants under 14 must attend with an adult. Training is adaptive as the weeks progress and designed to keep all ages engaged, build confidence, and have active fun with parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.

Coach Nina and Coach Joe are NASM certified personal trainers and homeschooling parents who love getting the whole family interested in fitness! We're excited to offer a Family Fitness Small Group Program designed for parents and kids to move, exercise, and build healthy habits together! Classes are designed to boost your metabolism, build strength, and energize your day while also helping the little ones find constructive uses for their high energy selves!

Classes begin at 10:00 AM and include a core warm-up before moving into more full body and functional strength training.

Train in a supportive, small-group environment (maximum of 8 participants) in our private gym setting. This program is perfect for anyone looking to actively bond as a family, build healthy habits, gain strength and coordination, and feel their best.

Wellness Warriors Challenge 2026!

Program Details:

  • 30-minute high-intensity strength training sessions

  • Small groups (6 participants max)

  • Full-month commitment required (package enrollment)

  • Optional early arrival for self-guided warm-up

  • Body composition assessments available

Who It’s For:
This program is open to ages 10 and up. Participants under 14 must attend with an adult. While the training is not specifically youth-focused, motivated younger participants are welcome to join alongside adults.

Kickstart your summer with the Wellness Warriors Challenge! For the month of June, Nina will be leading 30-minute high-intensity strength training classes designed to boost your metabolism, build strength, and energize your day.

Classes begin at 6:00 AM and include a brief guided warm-up before moving into focused strength training. You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early to warm up on your own and get ready to go.

Train in a supportive, small-group environment (maximum of 6 participants) in our private gym setting. This program is perfect for anyone looking to build consistency, gain strength, and feel their best heading into summer.

Participants will also have the option to track progress with body composition assessments using measurements.
