Training Frequency: 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week

Billing Cycle: Every 4 weeks

Session Blocks: Clients pay per 4-week block (e.g., 8 sessions for 2x/week)

1-on-2 Partner Training

Double the fun, half the cost! Bring a friend, partner, or family member for personalized sessions tailored to both of your goals.
