  • Tailored Group Training: Sessions are adapted to the group’s age, ability level, and goals — from beginners to competitive athletes.

  • Skill-Building & Safe Movement: We focus on proper technique, functional movement, and body awareness to help kids move well and feel strong.

  • Progressive Programming: Groups progress together over time, building coordination, control, and athletic performance — whether for sports or everyday play.

Choose from Phased Functional Strength or Sport-Specific Training based on your group’s focus:

  • Sport-Specific (e.g. Basketball, Gymnastics): Builds targeted strength, endurance, and athletic confidence.

  • Phased Strength: Develops functional strength, stability, endurance, and speed & agility for general athleticism and lifelong physical health.

Each session is tailored to the group’s age, ability, and interests.

  • This option is geared towards athletes who play recreational or competitive sports and want to

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the competitive season or higher levels of play

    • Increase speed and agility with good control

    • Improve in their sports performance (exercises selected based on their main sport if they have one)

    • Increase stability and endurance

    • Build overall athletic abilities for safe and fun play

  • This program is for gymnasts who play recreationally or competitively and want to

    • Strengthen all range of motion (hypermobility is prominent in gymnasts) and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their competitive season

    • Increase strength and stability (they have tons of power and speed) for more controlled movement

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

  • This program is for basketball players who play recreationally or competitively and want to

    • Strengthen full range of motion and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their sport

    • Increase strength and stability for more power with proper alignment during their agile play demands

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

    Each group is limited to 6 participants to assure they get the right variation of exercises for their personal needs, while still being part of the group.

Youth group training sessions are now booked by request — perfect for friends, siblings, teammates, or school groups!

Each session is:

  • 50 minutes

  • $150 total per session (for 3–6 participants - package option pricing for multiple bookings available upon request)

  • Designed for youth ages 8–15

  • 1:1 and 1:2 available for ages 9+ (standard training rates apply)

Family Small Group Training

Come get active together and have fun.

Learn proper lifting techniques and form in a positive and uplifting environment.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for new ways to stay active as a family, this class can be a great addition to your week!

Weightlifting, games, and functional strength training incorporated.
