  • Progressive Programming: Groups progress together over time, building coordination, control, and athletic performance — whether for sports or everyday play.

Choose from Phased Functional Strength or Sport-Specific Training based on your group’s focus:

  • Sport-Specific (e.g. Basketball, Gymnastics): Builds targeted strength, endurance, and athletic confidence.

  • Phased Strength: Develops functional strength, stability, endurance, and speed & agility for general athleticism and lifelong physical health.

Youth group training sessions are now booked by request — perfect for friends, siblings, teammates, or school groups!

Each session is:

  • 50 minutes

  • $150 total per session (for 3–6 participants - package option pricing for multiple bookings available upon request)

  • Designed for youth ages 8–15

  • 1:1 and 1:2 available for ages 9+ (standard training rates apply)

Family Small Group Training

6 Years Old & Up

Come get active together and have fun.

Learn proper lifting techniques and form in a positive and uplifting environment.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for new ways to stay active as a family, this class can be a great addition to your week!

Weightlifting, games, and functional strength training incorporated.

Pricing: $25 per adult, $10 per child.
