  • My injury prevention protocol helps clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way. This involves:

    • Keeping my clients joints moving properly in a healthy range of motion with and without external resistance

    • Full joint range of motion

    • Partial joint range of motion (tracking)

    • Stability

    • Power and speed

    For injury recovery, I work closely with each client to assess movement patterns and compensations caused by the injury(ies) and develop a customized and progressive plan that helps:

    • Regain strength and mobility

    • Rebuild stability and power

    • Return to life or sports activities that once cause pain, pain free

    • Maintain recovery

    • Teach the body that is is safe to move ways that once hurt (neurological response)

  • For those who are pregnant (early or late into) I offer training centered around maintaining a healthy lifestyle while balancing pregnancy needs and adjustments.

    • Adaptations to exercises as your pregnancy progresses

    For those who either just had your little one and are looking forward to working out again (or even for the first time ever), or had your little one years ago and are wanting to rebuild a strong core for a pain free active lifestyle, we begin with a restorative approach.

    • Pelvic floor and intrinsic core strengthening (natural corset holding organs, spine, and hips)

    • Posture alignment

    • Alleviating aches and pains that come from breast feeding posture and carrying around the little one(s)

    • Integrate strength into functional movements and good lifting and movement mechanics

    • Diaphragmatic breathing for proper dynamic core engagement
