Independent Trainer. Functional Strength and Physique.
The desire to help people build foundational strength that will serve them throughout their life inspired me to get a BSc in Applied Health and Fitness at Portland State University and became a NSCA certified personal trainer. I’ve been working to help clients gain knowledge and skills necessary for a lifetime journey with fitness and resistance training since 2023. I enjoy helping older adults find the expertise in the weight room that leads to autonomy in their daily lives. I also love working with adolescents who either want to supplement sports training or are new to resistance training. Whether you are new to training or are looking to take your lifts to the next level, my goal is to work with you to find the best individualized plan that leads you to fulfilling your goals.

As a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist, I specialize in functional training that supports real-life performance; from sports and strength goals to everyday resilience. My approach blends proven methods with the latest research to create highly individualized programs for youth, adults, and athletes of all backgrounds.
With additional education in postpartum recovery, return-to-sport training, injury prevention, and youth athletic development, I meet clients exactly where they are and help them get to where they want to be. I offer flexible 1:1 and partner (1:2) training in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
