    The desire to help people build foundational strength that will serve them throughout their life inspired me to get a BSc in Applied Health and Fitness at Portland State University and became a NSCA certified personal trainer. I’ve been working to help clients gain knowledge and skills necessary for a lifetime journey with fitness and resistance training since 2023. I enjoy helping older adults find the expertise in the weight room that leads to autonomy in their daily lives. I also love working with adolescents who either want to supplement sports training or are new to resistance training.
